2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or manufacturer policy reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- Software and digital products once downloaded or activated.
- Printer toners, cartridges, and ink once opened.
- Smartwatches, earphones, or other wearable tech if unsealed.
- Items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following refund methods:
- Replacement with the same product (if available).
- Store credit for future purchases.
- Cash refund to your original payment method (may take 5–7 working days).

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Send us clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
